One of the main problems when working with the Faktura VAT program can be the antivirus program installed on the system.
Check that your antivirus program is not blocking the program, e.g. by disabling the program for moments of running the Faktura VAT program
Or adding to an exception in Avast, for example
The second way may be to try to run the Faktura VAT program in administrator mode
