1 Make sure the correct version of START, STANDARD, PRO is installed. The TIN is assigned to a particular version. If you bought the STANDARD or PRO version, registration will not work in the START version, download the appropriate version.

2. you entered the wrong TIN in your last order, report it to us

3. check that you did not use a different email address than the one you entered earlier, check the messages on all mailboxes you may have used when entering the order
