The applicable language for all information provided in the store, the process of placing an order, and the conclusion of a purchase agreement is Polish.
A necessary condition for making a purchase is that the buyer correctly fills out the order form, which is made available on the website of the online store https://ksiegowosc24.pl/sklep, and accepts the provisions of these regulations.
Acceptance of an order for processing may, in case of doubt as to the intent or correctness of the data provided by the Buyer, require the Seller to confirm the order by telephone.
Prices of goods in the online store https://ksiegowosc24.pl/sklep are given in Polish zloty and include VAT (they are gross prices).
Goods purchased from the online store https://ksiegowosc24.pl/sklep are delivered with proof of purchase in the form of a Faktura VAT or receipt.
The license is issued for a period of 1 year. During this time, free updates and technical support. After this period, you can renew your licenses by purchasing upgrades for another year.

For traditional payment methods, the license is sent within 24-48 hours by priority mail on delivery or paid by bank transfer, along with a Faktura VAT.
If the payment confirmation is faxed, the registration key is sent the same day to the e-mail address provided in the order.
We send the CD version within 24-48 hours with an invoice on delivery or paid by bank transfer (delivery period from 1-3 business days).
In special cases, the lead time may be extended. Each time the customer is informed of such a case and has the right to withdraw then from further processing of the order.
In an exceptional situation, we reserve the right to withhold an order in the event of a shortage of goods or their withdrawal from the market.
Each Buyer has the opportunity to return the purchased goods within 30 days from the date of receipt.
In order to intend to make a return, it is necessary to confirm this in advance to the Seller. Goods must be returned unaltered (in sealed packaging) and complete (including warranty, documentation and additional accessories, received Faktura VAT or receipt). Returned goods must not bear traces of use, copying or be damaged in any way by the buyer. Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.
The possibility of products configured individually or imported on special order is excluded, as well as software whose method of distribution excludes the possibility of checking whether it has not been previously installed.

Purchase with a value greater than respectively: 250 PLN we send at our own expense via the Polish Post (ordinary mail), Polish Post (priority mail), courier company.
The buyer is informed about the cost of transportation at the stage of placing the order.
We reserve the right to change the shipper from the Polish Post Office to a courier company (the buyer pays only standard delivery costs).
Check the goods in the presence of a courier or employee of the Polish Post Office – in case of irregularities, a damage report should be drawn up without accepting the goods.
Buyer who has chosen the method of payment on delivery, and refuses to pick up the purchased goods on delivery, is obliged to cover the cost of transportation from the Buyer to the Seller, as well as the additional costs that in connection with the failure to pick up the goods charged to the Seller.
Warranty
Goods purchased from the Seller are covered by a 12-month warranty.
During this period, the Buyer has the right to report in writing, by e-mail, by phone, a defect in the software of the purchased goods, which (if it is not due to the action of the Buyer, but is the result of a perceived error) the Seller undertakes to remove the defect within a maximum of 30 days.
Goods that have been repaired or altered by the Buyer, or that have other damage caused by the Buyer’s fault, cannot benefit from the warranty.
In the event of an unreasonable warranty procedure, its cost shall be borne by the Buyer.
In the warranty and post-warranty procedure, it is necessary to use a receipt, invoice or other equivalent proof of purchase of goods, hence, the written form is adopted under pain of invalidity to report any defects and defects.
The seller undertakes to consider defects and faults reported in writing in the warranty and post-warranty procedure within a maximum period of 7 days.
Complaints
The seller provides an e-mail address on the website for sending inquiries and complaints. The vendor may also provide a form for reporting software malfunctions.
Reported complaints will be considered immediately, but no later than within 14 working days counted from receipt by the Seller, and in complicated cases – no later than within 30 calendar days. The Seller’s response to the complaint will include an indication of whether the Seller recognizes the complaint and how it intends to handle it, or information about the lack of grounds for recognizing the complaint, along with the reasons for its position.
In matters not regulated, the provisions of the generally applicable law in Poland with particular regard to the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
The competent court to resolve disputes will be the court with jurisdiction according to the laws of the Republic of Poland.
