The Faktura VAT 2025 STANDARD software is a professional program for Faktura VATs and bills for small and medium-sized companies conducting production, service and trade activities, which serve individual and mass customers (also for transport companies). Faktura VAT 2025 STANDARD is an intuitive and easy-to-use invoicing program running on Windows. The main feature that differentiates it from the START version is the ability for multiple companies to make sales in one program, as well as a module for handling printing and shipping.

Faktura VAT and bill program – features

The option for quick invoicing, efficient contractor insertion, has a built-in search engine for companies from the online CSO database. Insert by TIN number from the company list or intuitively by typing part of the name. Automatic completion of localities by postal codes, quick selection of goods/services. The ability to clone previously issued documents. The vat invoice and bill program has automatic price list creation, company list and keyboard shortcuts.

 

In addition to the ability to enter invoice items by hand, there is an option to prepare a database of goods and services and a detailed price list in advance. Sales can be made at both net prices and gross retail prices from the cash register.

Verification of the document before it is printed. Including checking the correctness of the VAT number, account numbers, REGON ( can be disabled), postal codes and checking the entered data of the seller, buyer and items.

Defining the appearance of the invoice. There are 7 ready-made invoice designs available. We can insert a company logo, a stamp, our own notes, edit fixed text and edit document headers. The program for vat invoices and bills has an option to insert a custom footer with a description, notes under the content of the bill and the ability to change the font. Additional capabilities

Batch printing of documents, invoices, money orders, envelopes, letters, labels, automatic invoice addressing for DL envelopes with window. Serial printing reduces the time for simultaneous preparation of invoices for a larger number of recipients (e.g. subscription).

You can issue documents in different languages (English, German, Czech, French, Swedish, possibility to add/edit your own translations). Sales are also handled in different currencies.

You will print documents on any type of printer: laser, inkjet or dot matrix.

We can print the price list and the list of companies, as well as freely export and import from SQL databases, CSV text files, Excel, HTML as well as XML. We are able to print the price list as a web page. Company and commodity names can be any length, defined according to three levels of commodity prices (Basic, Wholesale, Sale). We collect data in the goods and company databases automatically when creating documents ( we can disable this option). The search for goods and companies is instantaneous, as they are identified by their VAT number, abbreviations, indexes and names.

We also have the ability to give discounts by assigning individual discounts to a particular customer.

Addressing and mailing; you will print addresses on any label format (e.g., stickers), DL, DL+ (business profile), C6, B5 envelopes, also DL with windows. You can prepare complete documents for shipment from the very moment of printing starting to inserting in the envelope ie. addressed, a printout of the wire transfer and proof of posting. Printing of postal forms like Postal Book, Postal Receipt, Receipt of Postal Delivery + barcodes. Addressing envelopes and serial printing on labels (stickers) of any format.

Email correspondence; you can send documents by email as (HTML, JPG, PDF). Also in series.

Reports, control of receivables

A unique option is the function of reports (sales, VAT records) – thanks to which we can easily create records of sales for VAT purposes or monthly bookkeeping in the income – expenditure book, analyze the development of our company, or observe changes in sales. The reporting module facilitates balancing sales and purchases by our contractors, goods by any currency and any time period.

The program for Faktura VATs and receipts Faktura VAT 2022 STANDARD gives you full control of receivables, keeping a payment register and the ability to settle selected invoices of a given contractor. Unpaid invoices are highlighted in red, and you can send email reminders and print summonses.

Cash report, KP and KW forms with custom-defined numbering.

The program for Faktura VATs and receipts works with barcode readers and fiscal printers working with the posnet thermal communication protocol, i.e., Posnet Thermal. POSNET THERMAL, and NOVITUS, QUATRO, DELIO or VIVO printers.

The software automatically downloads the current exchange rates from the Internet (NBP) and ECB and converts them according to the currency calculator. You get access to archived exchange rates from the NBP and ECB. The program converts the values of the document into any other currency with the appropriate annotation on the document for. NBP rate and table number.

 

Security and updates

Security Copy. The program for vat invoices and receipts gives you the possibility to create copies of the entered documents and data on the medium of your choice and ZIP. It will remind you of its performance on its own. A practical and indispensable feature when your computer equipment crashes.
